2. Customs and Import Taxes

  • Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for any customs or duty charges that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

 

3. Refund and Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges Only: We accept returns for exchanges only. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your item. Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

  • No Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations or returns without an exchange.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
